Judith P. Lawrence, CNSA, CAA
Founder of the Lawrence Institute for Notaries and owner of Center City Notary & Apostille in Philadelphia, Judi has spent decades helping notaries, entrepreneurs and multinational corporations facilitate apostilles and embassy legalizations. She is co-author of The Apostille Agents' Survival Guide and teaches The World of Apostille, and she runs a working apostille practice, not just a classroom.
Melissa K. Garner, CAA, RON
Owner of MK Notary Services in Tallahassee and a Certified Apostille Agent, Remote Online Notary and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, Melissa brings over 15 years of notarial experience. Her office sits near the Florida Department of State, so she submits documents in person rather than by mail, which is exactly the running this session is about.
